Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations of face to face/ virtual (e.g. zoom) training courses are subject to a 25% administration fee where the cancellation is made more than one calendar month before the date of the training course. No refund is payable for a cancellation made within the calendar month immediately prior to the training course – in this event the full sum shown on the invoice remains payable.

Cancellations of on-demand online training courses are refundable up to 14 days after purchase providing no course content has been undertaken. All course documentation must be returned upon cancellation. No refund is payable for a cancellation made 14 days after purchase– in this event the full sum shown on the invoice remains payable.

Alterations / Cancellations of Courses by Vinescapes Ltd

It may be necessary for Vinescapes Ltd to change the content and timing of a course, the trainer, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled by Vinescapes Ltd, a full refund will be made unless the delegate transfers his or her booking to an alternative date/venue for the course. For all bookings, the liability of Vinescapes Ltd shall be limited to the amount of the fee actually paid to Vinescapes Ltd by the delegate. For this reason delegates are encouraged to not to book travel or accommodation more than two weeks prior to any course date.

Registration Information

Registration information, including directions to the venue and timings, will be sent to the delegate by email at least 7 days prior to the event. Vinescapes Ltd will not be responsible for the non arrival of registration information. Any delegate not receiving the registration information by 7 days prior to the event should contact us on +44 (0)7939900203.

All other Vinescapes Ltd terms and conditions of supply, as set out on the website, apply to the provision of training, unless specifically set out above.
